'The Landing' - Re-Inforcement Of The Strategy
The final stage is critical. During this stage we work to maximize the momentum created during the launch. The focus shifts. We now concentrate on re-enforcement of core messaging as well as on monitoring and reporting.
We know that the workers on the ground are best positioned to bring the concepts to life effectively and may have great suggestions to refine areas of the strategy. This means the strategy is fluid and adaptable while remaining consistent with the overall objective. To achieve this, we work with leadership to ensure there is open, two-way communication.
And finally, we also work with leadership to create reward and recognition programs that reward staff for being invested in the success of the strategy.
